House Program
It is our mission to provide our House Program participants with an affordable all-inclusive recreational program where they can participate without the fear of making mistakes, not being selected for a team, getting benched or worrying about playing time.  Our House Program is child centred, promotes learning over outcome and allows participants to find:

  • Fun
  • Fitness
  • Social interaction
  • Self-fulfillment
  • Healthy competition

Divisions, Days, Times & Locations
The days, times and locations are the same for the entire season and the season is broken down into three semesters.

Rep Team Program
Without compromising the integrity of the all-inclusive recreational nature of the House Program, our mission is also to provide those with the aptitude and desire developmentally appropriate pathways to help them reach their highest possible levels of athletic achievement in the sport.  One of the ways we do this is through our Rep Team Program.

House Program participants qualify to tryout for a Rep Team.  Rep Teams "represent" our basketball club while training and competing together as a team in local games and tournaments, including the Provincial Club Championships!
